This is a “sub-market” study of homes 2900sf to 3450sf, from 11-15 to 16-20 years old, from approx. $300,000 up to $450,000 range. This is not a broad study but a limited study of homes comparable to a 3250sf home buil in 1994 in the Bluebonnet 70810 market. The observations here are not broad or general, but specifics to these parameters.
